Tony Dungy is the former head coach of the 2007 Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts and a renowned leader who redefined success in the NFL. Rejecting aggressive coaching tropes, Dungy’s philosophy centers on decency, respect, and the belief that kindness generates unparalleled devotion. Aaron Baer

President of CCV

Aaron Baer is the President of the Center for Christian Virtue (CCV), where he leads the advocacy for life-changing legislation in Ohio. His work is centered on expanding school choice, protecting religious freedom, and advancing pro-life initiatives. Prior to his leadership at CCV, Aaron served as a Policy Advisor to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and worked with the Center for Arizona Policy.

A graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, Aaron is a frequent media contributor. His insights have been featured on CNN, NBC Nightly News, and in national publications including USA Today.
